I am Andrea, and I am the crazy lady behind this blog. If you want more information about how this blog came about, you can find it under errand of angels in our blog roll just to the side of the posts.
My wonderful husband Jonathan and I met in college and have been married for nine years. We have 3 wonderful children. A 6 year old boy, 4 year old girl, and 1 year old boy. An interesting fact, all 3 of them have birthdays in August.
My husband is currently doing his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is extremely busy, but always finds time for us. I know that we have been blessed in our many adventures because of his faith, and putting his family first. My husband served a full-time mission for our church in Bristol, England. After his mission we met, and dated. He asked me to marry him outside the Logan, Utah temple. He faked an injury with stitches, and as I helped him remove the bandage from his "throbbing" finger I found my ring. We were married in the Manti Temple.
We have had the opportunity to live all over these past nine years. We both grew up in Utah, but since our marriage we have lived on an island in the Caribbean, Arkansas, Utah and Kansas. We have moved 7 times. We just bought our first home. YEAH!!!
I grew up in Payson, Utah. I attended school at Snow College, Utah State University, and New Horizons Beauty College. I have been a hair stylist for 8 1/2 years, but I am "retired" for the time being.
With all of these accomplishments aside, my greatest is that of being a mother. I have loved {almost} every minute of it. We have had many trials as we have watched our family grow, but I do have a testimony of family. I know that we have been given a wonderful gift, and a true treasure when we became parents. Our second baby was born in the midst of many trials, and I am thankful for the blessings that were poured out upon our family as we followed the commandments. Now, I am able to stay at home with our children, and that works for me. I am thankful that I have that gift.
Among mothering my children, I am currently involved with my son's class at school as a helper. I am also the 1st councilor in the Relief Society Presidency.
I enjoy scrapbooking, and I just went digital this year. I love decorating my home, cooking, and making projects for myself to complete. It seems as though I always have a list of projects. I like to work, and working hard is important to me.
I would love to learn to be a better photographer. I wish I had a nicer camera. I hope to go back to school to get my nursing degree, and then a masters in midwifery.
I have a passion for helping others, and sometimes I take on to much. I enjoy laughter, teasing rough housing, and being absolutely silly with my kids.
I enjoy watching home decorating shows on TV, and searching out a bargain at the store. I love antique stores, dollar stores, consignment shops, and thrift stores.
I hate grocery shopping, but can't stand not to have fresh fruits and veggies in the house. I enjoy exercising, and I LOVE COOKIES!!!(I think I like the cookie dough better.)
Well, that is just a little about me. I look forward to reading the spotlights on all the other girls. So... Krysta I guess it is your turn.

I love you, Andrea! You are awesome! Thanks for being my friend.
Well, since I know you so well, the only that was a surprise to me was the way Jonathan proposed...I forgot that story.
Since we are so similar...can't I just say "ditto" on yours??? :)
Well, now I know the SPECIFIC reasons that I love and admire you like I do! Thanks for sharing.
Payson, utah? I spent a lot of time there as a teenager because my cousins lived there. I would go stay for weeks in the summer and weekends the rest of the year. Did you know the Kings?
Jonathon is very creative! What an engagement story!
