If you are still stewing over Halloween Costumes this year, I have a great, easy and inexpensive little girl costume.My little girl wants to be Fancy Nancy for Halloween. I decided to make her a tutu as part of the costume. You could use this idea to make a beautiful Ballerina costume.
I found the instructions here. And this is how it turned out.
It was so cheap,(well free, my Mother-in-Law had the fabric)but you could do it for about $5. It took me about 1 hour to make it.
